To integrate the new email template Click the “Create New Email Template button,” enter the title, then choose the user for whom you wish to create the template and then Choose the user from whom it should be sent. Finally, you may write the email’s content and select the “Active and available to everyone” box if required. Once you click the “Save Changes button,” the email template will be ready.
